Caue Suplicy is the Founder of Barnana, maker of organic, sustainable sweet and savory banana-based snacks, and an early champion of the upcycled food movement. Barnana is a founding member of the Upcycled Food Association and as a board member, Caue continues to promote the movement through Barnana’s marketing efforts and in appearances at places like EarthDayOrg’s livestream event, and in blog posts, podcasts and interviews.
