Professional Bio
Falon is the Asst. Membership Manager for the Upcycled Food Association. She has an academic background in environmental sustainability, food systems, and public administration. After earning her MPA, Falon worked and volunteered for food-focused organizations seeking to improve her local community. She recognizes the complex and interdependent relationship between food, people, and the environment, and is eager to work alongside food system actors who also understand and prioritize these issues.
