Join us for an UFA hosted get together in as we bring upcycled food to Climate Week!
Reducing food waste is the #1 solution to mitigating the climate crisis (Project Drawdown). Learn how the Upcycled Food Association (UFA) brings together global companies that are turning wasted food into value-added, delicious products. With Over 30% of all food produced globally going to waste, it's a big problem for society and the planet! Upcycled food prevents this problem by creating new, high-quality products from surplus food. 60% of people want to buy more upcycled food products, and that's because 95% of us want to do our part to reduce food waste. UFA and our member companies are building a food system where all food reaches its highest and best use. Join us as we build the sustainable food system of the future.
Meet us by the Broken Shaker (Freehand New York, 23 Lexington Ave) for some upcycled industry networking and a whole lot of fun.
