UFA Upcycled Industry Progress Report - 2022
Dear UFA Members,
We are very proud to share the Upcycled Food Association’s first-ever Upcycled Industry Progress Report. This report establishes the renaissance of upcycling not as a trend, but rather as a paradigm shift in food production and consumption. We believe we can make transformative progress when we measure performance. This report is the first of many to celebrate and reflect on our progress so far.
UFA was formed to champion upcycling as one of the most critical solutions to mitigate the climate crisis and advocate for the best interests of the upcycled food industry. Together, we're a robust network of upcycling leaders offering consumers climate change-fighting products that taste, look, and feel good.
The Upcycled Food Association and its members envision a global food system where all food is equally valued along the entire supply chain and is elevated to its highest and best use.
