Jacu Cascara is the newest sparkling coffee-berry drink. We upcycle the discarded fruit of the coffee bean to increase farmers’ incomes, reduce waste, and create the foundation of a delightful new beverage. Made with simple ingredients – no added colors, artificial flavors, preservatives, or fake sweeteners – it is naturally caffeinated, sweetened with cane sugar, and contains antioxidants and vitamins. Our organization is small and hyper-focused on creating a more equitable and sustainable coffee industry. We were founded in 2023 in Louisville KY and had our flagship product launch, Jacu Sparkling Cascara, in May of 2024.
