Alexandra Grygorczyk

Alexandra is a Research Scientist at Vineland Research and Innovation Centre. In this role, she supports food and horticulture companies through contract services and grant-funded projects. Specializing in food upcycling, she assists companies in reaching their upcycling goals by acting as a connector, providing market intelligence and leading R&D projects to develop new upcycled ingredients or validate upcycled products.
