We take fruit that does not meet fresh market, IQF or puree specifications and have created Beyond berries. It is a delicious, safe "berry". We formulated a puree with different berries and added dates for added sweetness then put them in a mold that is shaped like the intended flavor. The puree goes through a pasteurization process which removes the possibility for organisms that cause may berries to be recalled. You get the taste and nutrients of berries without worrying about organisms that may cause illness.
