Professional Bio
Prof. Krzywonos is a distinguished academic and researcher serving as the Director of the Academic Center for Research and Development (ACBiR BioR&D), full professor at the Department of Process Management, Faculty of Management, Wroclaw University of Economics and Business (Poland). She has become a key figure in the field with expertise in valorization of by-products from the food industry for designing innovative products, food upcycling, and waste management. Co-founder of Foundation Institute of Innovation and Creative Management.
As an accomplished expert, she contributes significantly to European Commission programs, including Framework Programs (7 FP, Horizon 2020, Horizon Europe), as well as collaborations with the National Center for Research and Development and the Romanian Executive Agency for Higher Education under Horizon 2020. Her commitment to advancing knowledge is reflected in her membership in prestigious organizations such as the Polish Society of Food Technologists and the European Academy of Management.
