My background includes serving as a Director and Dean at a university in Argentina, where I contributed to academic and industry-driven advancements in food technology.
Currently, I am based in Canada, where I am expanding my work in the upcycled food sector, providing consultancy services and advocating for responsible resource management. My mission is to bridge the gap between food manufacturers and sustainability by helping businesses integrate upcycling strategies that add economic and environmental value.
