During this event, we will reflect on the past year of upcycled food, have an opportunity to network with fellow UFA Members, hear from industry leaders about the future and opportunity of upcycled food, and announce the newest members of the UFA Board. | 1:00 PM - 1:40 PM | UFA Year in Review Turner & the UFA Board will reflect on the successes of 2021 and celebrate another year of upcycled food! We'll discuss the achievements of 2021, introduce the new Upcycled Food Toolkit, discuss new resources available to membership, and more. |
| 1:40 PM - 2:15 PM | Fireside Chat with Dole Packaged Foods, Barry Callebaut, and US Foods Leaders from Dole Packaged Foods, Barry Callebaut, and US Foods will discuss the future of upcycled food in this panel moderated by UFA Members. |

You will be paired with various other members for 1:1 conversations - this is an incredible opportunity to make new connections and build stronger relationships within the upcycled food community. |
