UFA @ Expo West 2026

We are excited to share our UFA 25% discount for Expo West badges. Please use the code: EW26UFA (available first come, first serve to the first 50 UFA members).

For the first time also available is a Friday-only badge for $995 this year. As the name suggests, it is valid for Friday only and provides access to the show floor and all education/activities happening that day. If you're attending, make sure to add Climate Day by Climate Collaborative to your schedule 8-6:30p Tuesday, March 3. UFA will be tabling at the resource fair (look for Board VP Emily Lafferty and Emeritus Board Members Dr. Lara Ramdin & Sue Marshall with UFA CEO Amanda Oenbring) and you have the chance to have your products featured on our table whether you will be at Expo West or not (and on social during the show if preferred): learn more here and reach out with questions (amanda@upcycedfood.org). It was a busy room tabling the last two years with hundreds of industry eyes excited to learn more about UFA members! And do stop by the evening reception 5-6:30p as the gathering place to connect with fellow members this year (Marriott Platinum Ballroom 6).

All UFA member exhibiting at Expo West will be featured on our postcard and please make sure you are correctly mentioned on our draft if so. If you would like a logo feature, that is available and be in touch with any questions. Amanda will drop by your booth with a member table tent and some UFA goodies on Wednesday, March 4.
