UFF Fall Research Fellow Presentation

This is the first quarterly UFF Research Fellows Presentation. During these presentations, our 5 Research Fellows will present their research findings and progress exclusively to UFA Membership. UFA Members get an advanced look at this research before it gets published and get an opportunity to interact directly with the researchers.

UFF Research Fellow Francesca Goodman-Smith will be presenting two retailer based case studies focused on upcycled food products:

1) Consumer sentiment towards upcycled craft beer to inform effective promotional strategies 

2) Understanding category managers’ perspectives of upcycled foods and identify the enabling attributes of products they approve to be stocked in supermarkets.
